Does anybody else see that evolution is happening in the reverse now that technology and society are rendering

intelligence and fitness unecessary? Modern day people are becoming far too stupid to have survived in centuries past, and statistical evidence shows that they are far more likely to breed indiscriminately( they have no concept of the consequences of having a child, and the government supports their families for free) So their numbers are growing exponentially--I have witnessed the dumbing-down of society within my lifetime--isn't this evolution? Are we, the human race doomed to become less intelligent than cavemen?
