How do I know where to add funky streaks to my hair?

well, the new thing is getting it right above and in front of the ear. and i would say do turquoise. but it should probably be about and inch so people can see it, but make sure its under the hair, but that the spot you dye it is farther onto your face-like in front of the rest of your hair- than the hair above it. :)
