I have an invention idea that I feel would sell millions worldwide. are the inventor help websites a scam?

I have an amazing invention to a product used everyday at beaches and pools and oceans worldwide. worldwide. this small enhancement to this item will sell just as many if not more of the product out there now. where do I start? are those "inventors help" companies a scam?
