My partner is a compulsive liar?

i really dont no how to cope with my partner anymore she lies about everything big and small and im constantly paranoid about everything shes doing. we are a same couple and i have put up from verbal abuse and threats from her familyr from day one but i have always stayed with her even though she has never stuck up for me i am paranoid she is telling lies about me to her family because they are horrible to me for no reason she has made a fool out of me a few times by not sticking by me and im finding it really difficult to cope. i now suffer from severe panic attacks due to her familys threats and ive had to give up work because they petrify me, my partner also does nasty things on purpose to set a panic attack off im on anti-depressants which dont seem to be helping me im not sure if im still in love with her anymore because of her lies but im finding it hard to get her out of my life i feel i need her but i dont no why she is so hard faced about everything and never shows me love
