Should i leave him or stay?

I met this guy in January of this hear (to make a long story short) we hit it off quite well. He is attentive, listens to me, cooks me dinner, takes me out....and so on. Problem started with his 8 year old daughter. She caused us to have some arguements because she is not used to her dad with another woman outside of her mother, but he has custody and the mother moved back to Japan. I think he knows that things are kinda off balance with myself and his daughter, alot of it has to do with him not correcting her behavior (another story). He used to say how compatiable we are now since the issues with his daughter it seems like after almost a year we long for each other, but we know things have to be worked out on his end with his kid. Now he says things like he is not into me, but when i try to leave or if he does not see me, he will creep over to my house to see if my car is outside or question who i have been with. He keeps saying he does not want a relationship but wont leave
