What is the value of this picture?

I have a picture of the Washington Redskins in 1937 with all of there signatures. The man that gave it to my father, who is now deseased, said it used to hang in George Allens office. I remember it from when i was alittle girl. Just wondering if anyone can help me find the value of this poster. Thanks
