Where can a 12 year old find a non- kiddie dress?

I'm very petite (I'm only 4'7'') and pretty thin. All my friends can shop at Forever XXI and Windsor, but I'm so small that I can't. I am in the 6th grade, if that helps. Please help me if you can! Thanks!!
