Why are American citizens allowed to travel to Iran but not to Cuba?

Because both parties overestimate the electorate strength of those anti-communist Cuban Americans in the key state Florida, neither dares to offend them by improving the relationship with Castor's Cuba. However these is no such a strong Iranian-American lobby advocating that kind of ban towards Iran.
