Why did my health visitor have to make up such nasty lies?

not sure how i can give advise on how to solve this problem, but im just replying to the above two answers- if you read it properly it sayd 'since my daughter turned 18 months' the girl is now 3! so its obviously possible to have an 3 year old and a 17 month old! and as for having a fork, how else is she meant to eat?! my daughter is two and uses one.
